Program Overview
The Joint Certificate Program in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) prepares analytical talent for today’s market that demands an understanding of AI and its applications in data analytics. Through this international collaboration,
we intend to address the challenges of intelligent computation and interpretation of data produced at the rate of 2.5 quintillion bytes every day.
This is a 9-month program, organized into multiple sequential units. Through the program’s interdisciplinary approach and emphasis on innovation
and entrepreneurship, we aim to help learners to use their own ingenuity to confront challenges in their environs and beyond.
Through a series of modules organized along
the various dimensions of analytics, the coursework equips leaners with a new set of skills and empowers them to think differently.
Each module will be led by a faculty member who is an expert in the field. Other experts
from both the industry and academia will assist the lead faculty members as needed.
The classes are conducted in a virtual setting, utilizing the Zoom meeting platform to deliver an enriching and immersive online learning experience. From the convenience of your own home or any location with internet access, you can seamlessly connect with esteemed instructors renowned in their respective fields. Engaging in the real-time discussions,
you have the opportunity to actively participate, sharing insights and perspectives with fellow participants from around the globe.
Upon completion of all requirements, students will obtain a certificate in Business Analytics and AI
from IIT Kharagpur and Virginia Tech.

Step 2: Once the page has loaded, please navigate to the option labeled "CERTIFICATE COURSE" and click on it. Under this section, you will find detailed information about the Joint Certificate Programme available.
Step 3: Within the Continuing Education Program page, you will come across two sections: "How to Apply?" and "How to Pay?". These sections outline the procedures for applying through IIT Kharagpur online program registration portal and provide information on the payment procedure for the programme, respectively.
